Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Booking Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, only the deposit is retained.
If the technician arrives and the customer does not answer, does not provide access, or cannot be reached, the full Service Call Fee of $99 will be charged.
Diagnostic Fees and Parts
Payments for diagnostic fees and parts are non-refundable once collected.
Ordered parts cannot be returned or refunded. In limited cases, a restocking fee (up to 30%) may apply with management approval.
Labor Charges
Labor charges are due upon completion of service and are non-refundable once the service is performed.
